Bunks & Living
The cabin or “bunk” is where campers learn to live together as a group, to share, and to respect each other: We see bunk living as the core of the camp experience – central to our mission of teaching children the skills of making and keeping friends.
Our staff ratio of three bunk counselors for eight to ten campers provides the highest level of supervision in camping. Campers are taught to make their beds, care for their own belongings and practice good personal hygiene. Our professional housekeeping staff maintains and sanitizes the bathrooms daily. Modern, climate-controlled bunks combine comfort with the traditional rustic look that has been the trademark of summer camping for more than a century.
Dining
Camp spirit comes to life in our Dining Hall. Campers sit by bunk with their counselors and meals are served “Family Style” by our staff. Our extensive menu is designed to provide nutritious meals that children will enjoy eating. A wide range of choices ensures that even picky eaters will find something they like. Salad Bars and fresh fruit are featured at every lunch and dinner. Attention is paid to campers with special dietary needs.
