We’re excited to welcome our alumni back to Saddle Mountain for a weekend full of fun, friendship, memories & camp magic!
You can celebrate the 65th Alumni Weekend in whatever way works best for you — from joining us for just Saturday’s daytime festivities or returning to life as a camper by staying on camp for the full weekend experience!

☀️ Saturday Day Pass — Free
Join us for TLC’s 65th Alumni Day on Saturday, August 22nd, from 10:00 AM until 4:30 PM.
- Full day of camp activities
- Alumni programming
- Alumni presentation
- Classic Timber Lake BBQ lunch
- Time to reconnect with friends and family on Saddle Mountain
Note: This pass does not include lodging, Saturday Night Dinner, or participation at the Saturday Night Social.
This option is for ALL ages — feel free to bring the entire family!
🛏️ Overnight Stay Options (Must be 21 or older)
Whether you’re coming solo, with a partner, or with a full bunk of camp friends, you have the option of a 1 OR 2-night stay on camp.
🐯 Two-Night Options
Includes Friday & Saturday night lodging, all meals, Friday’s Dueling Pianos evening activity, 65th Alumni daytime festivities, Saturday Night Social with entertainment by Café Wha? and Open Bar, and Sunday farewell brunch.
One Bunk Captain registers per group.
- Two-Night Shared Bunk (up to 8 guests) – $1,500.00
- Approx. $187.50/person for 8, $250/person for 6, or $375/person for 4.
- Two-Night Double Occupancy Private Room (up to 2 guests) – $750.00
- Two-Night Single Occupancy Private Room (up to 1 guest) – $450.00
🐻 One-Night Options
Includes Saturday night lodging, 65th Alumni daytime festivities, all meals, Saturday Night Social with Café Wha? and Open Bar, and Sunday farewell brunch.

- One-Night Shared Bunk (up to 8 guests) – $1,125.00
- Approx. $140.63/person for 8, $187.50/person for 6, or $281.25/person for 4.
- One-Night Double Occupancy Private Room (up to 2 guests) – $550.00
- One-Night Single Occupancy Private Room (up to 1 guest) – $350.00
🪩 Saturday Night Social Ticket (Must be 21 or older) – $100.00
For alumni staying off-site (not at TLC or Shandaken Inn), join us Saturday Night for dinner and a camp-style social featuring live music from Café Wha?, campfire, s’mores, late-night canteen bites, and an Open Bar.
🚨 As a Reminder…
- Overnight guests & those attending the Saturday Night Social must be 21 years or older.
- Friends and family, of all ages, are welcome to join us for Saturday’s 65th Alumni Day.
- If staying overnight, one person must serve as Bunk Captain and register for the full group.
