Florida is right up our alley!

Over President’s Day Weekend, the TLC team headed south to Boca Raton for our Florida Bowling Reunion at Boca Strikes! All of our Floridian campers, along with out-of-towner camp families who were vacationing in Florida for the weekend, had an amazing time catching up with friends while bowling strikes and spares to earn themselves some free canteens for the upcoming summer!

The morning kicked off with a delicious bagel spread while everyone arrived, greeted by Jay & Mindy, along with head staff members Janie Schwartz, Robbie Gothelf, Jason Mercado, Liz Mayo, Jessica Jacobs & Jenn Siegel!  After everyone laced up their bowling shoes, campers took to the lanes with their friends for some fun competition.  By the time noon rolled around, everyone had worked up an appetite and we served some delicious pizza!

While we were sad to say goodbye, the campers most definitely had an incredible time bowling with their friends!  It was truly special to see all of the smiling faces and to witness how happy each camper was to see their camp friends for the first time in months!  This got us VERY excited for Opening Day 2012!  Only 121 days to go until the gates open up again for another wonderful summer up on the mountain at Timber Lake!
